Working with Amber Wyche
Los Angeles-based fashion stylist and creative director specializing in celebrity, editorial, and on-camera styling. My approach combines strong fashion with visual storytelling, creating looks that feel distinct to the person wearing them and communicate how they want to be seen. My experience spans celebrity styling, wardrobe, showroom management, fittings, and fashion production, with clients including Jeannie Mai and Mary Mary and experience across entertainment productions and events including the BET Awards and projects with Amazon MGM Studios. My background in production and filmmaking further shapes my perspective, allowing me to approach every look with an understanding of how fashion translates both in person and on camera.
Styling Approach
My styling process begins with understanding the client, who they are, how they want to feel, and how they want to be seen. From there, I develop a clear visual direction, curate and source pieces, lead fittings, and refine each look down to the final details. My approach is collaborative but directional; I want my clients to feel heard while also trusting me to introduce ideas they may not have considered for themselves. Rather than applying one signature aesthetic to every client, I focus on creating elevated, fashion-forward looks that still feel authentic to the person wearing them. Whether we’re dressing for a red carpet, press appearance, performance, photoshoot, or an everyday moment, my goal is for the client to leave the process feeling confident, considered, and like the best version of themselves.
